  • Emails: Both client and participant email addresses are used to send general marketing messages and system notifications, such as one-time passwords and confirmation emails.
  • Demographic Profiles: Participants' demographic profiles are viewable by clients and may be shared with third parties, like OpenAI, to produce analysis results. Such information is anonymised, meaning the participant's name and email address (contact details) are not shared.
